"- Appartement vétuste, travaux à prévoir (fenêtres, électricité), salle de bain de mauvaise qualité avec des équipements beaucoup trop fragiles ;
- Canapé sale et taché ;
- Beaucoup trop de linge de maison qui prend beaucoup trop de place dans ce minuscule appartement, prévoir des rangements supplémentaires (notamment pour les vêtements) ;
- Isolation phonique à prévoir (a minima avec un double vitrage au niveau des fenêtres car le bruit de la rue avec le simple vitrage est extrêmement désagréable)
- Copropriété vétuste avec des couloirs, escaliers et fils à rafraichir et encastrer "
