"État général mauvais pourquoi ?
Cet appartement est une passoire thermique. Il ne devrait même plus être mis à la location sans un changement d’équipements. Tél que les fenêtres. Un bruit incessant venant d’en bas. D’en haut. De dehors. De la cage d’escalier. A devenir fou. Principale cause du départ. "
